These terms apply to your use of awaystays.net (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

AwayStays is currently an early access waitlist. The site collects your details so we can contact you when the platform launches. There are no live bookings, no payments, and no accommodation services available at this time. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract for accommodation or any other service.

No guarantees

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will launch, that any particular features will be available, or that you will be matched with a host or guest. Joining the waitlist does not give you any right to a booking, a stay, or any other benefit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AwayStays (and its operator, Sonny Branchflower) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, reliance on any information on it, or inability to access it. This includes indirect, consequential, or incidental loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £0, as no payment has been made and no service has been provided.

Your conduct

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or use the site in any way that is unlawful or harmful. You must be 18 or over to use this site.

Third-party services

The site uses Supabase (data storage) and Resend (email delivery). Your use of this site is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those services.

Changes

These terms will be updated before any bookings or payments go live. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
